I promise to do Cardio 30 minutes 3 times this week,
strength training 20 minutes 2 times this week- ( will include swimming at least twice, and will include horsebackriding for no more than one of the activities. I will eat leafy green vegetables daily, and I wll lose 1-2 pounds this week. I will take supplevent with calcium daily. Reduce coffe to 2 cups daily.
Food rules
Daily calorie Maximum not counting calories
Reduce: fats , sugar
Foods to increase: I promise to eat 2 servings of (combined) Raw, steamed vegetables and fruit per day.
Meals per day At least 3- must have breakfast by 10am
I promise: (this one is my test)Water At least 50ounces per day Supplements:Isotonix calcium + multi and omega 3 vitamins daily
